Jawatan Kosong 2023 di Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) | Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dan berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan ditawarkan untuk memohon jawatan kosong di Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC)

Jawatan:

1. ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE, ENFORCEMENT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Investigating Officers (IO’s) in submitting information requests to the relevant agencies to complete the investigation process.
2. Participate in surveillance and raiding operations to ensure the completeness of the operation task within stipulated timeline and accordance to the relevant laws, SOP, and guidelines.
3. Responsible in exhibit management to ensure comprehensive registering of the exhibit, exhibit disposable and the chain of evidence.
4. Assist IO’s in serving charge, summon, compound, warning letter and enforcement notice to suspect.
5. Participate in joint operation/taskforce with other law enforcement agencies to facilitate investigation.
6. Responsible for executing other related enforcement tasks, reports, meetings to ensure successful enforcement action accordance to the relevant laws, SOP, guidelines.
7. Provide advice to internal departments and state regulatory officers related to operation matters, responsible to ensure that the advice, information, response, activities, and documentation are in accordance with the legal provision.

2. EXECUTIVE, NEW MEDIA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement restriction and redirection of access to content that violates the provision of CMA 1998.
2. Implement uplifting of website redirection process.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance by local domain registrar / ISPs on website redirection/suspension.
4. Management and audit of access restriction list and database.
5. Continuous review and improvement of SOP.
6. Continuous review and improvement of access restriction methodologies.
7. Support case management activities.
8. Review and continuous improvements of SOPs and guidelines on Access Redirection processes.
9. Conduct engagements with relevant agencies and stakeholders on new media management and governance.
10. Speaking engagements and talks to improve awareness of new media-related issues.

Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is entrusted with the role of promoting and regulating the communications and multimedia industry and to enforce the communications and multimedia law in Malaysia. Our primary role is to implement and promote the Government's national objectives for the communications and multimedia sector.
