1. PEGAWAI INTEGRITI & TADBIR URUS

Maklumat & Syarat Permohonan:

• Maklumat & Syarat Permohonan
• Warganegara Malaysia;
• Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Sains Pentadbiran atau lain-lain bidang berkaitan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia;
• Lulus dengan Kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu (termasuk Ujian Lisan) di peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM);
• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman kerja dengan sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam bidang tadbir urus;
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam kerja-kerja pengaauditan;
• Keutamaan kepada calon yang memiliki pensijilan sebagai Pegawai Integriti Bertauliah (Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO))

Bidang Tugas:

• To conduct checks and research on policies, systems and work procedures and to suggest improvement;
• To coordinate the improvement of the organisation's relevant procedures and systems based on resources such as Detection and Verification Report, Audit Report, etc;
• To supervise and ensure the exercise of the best governance mechanism;
• To monitor and assess the implementation and effectiveness of MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS);
• To prepare annual audit program and to make revision on the existing audit program scope (if necessary);
• To monitor internal audit schedule, findings and generate report;
• To obtain certification of ABMS and to ensure certification is renewed successfully;
• to conduct corruption risk assessment (CRA) periodically and as planned, as well as when there is a change in law or circumstances of the business;
• To ensure the organisation establish the appropriate controls and contingency measure in order to address any corruption risk due to weaknesses in the organisation governance framework processes and procedures;
• To manage SESB Integrity and Governance Management System (SIGMa System) implementation adn coordinate compliance requirements;
• To review, amend and update SIGMa System Policy and Manual as and when required;
• To provide expert advice and guidance on integrity matters;
• to compile, prepare and submit report to Bahagian Pengurusan Integriti Agensi (BPIA), Board Integrity Committee (BIC), Management Integrity Committee (MIC) within timeframe and/or as and when required

Latar Belakang

Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. is an 80% owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and 20% by the State Government of Sabah. It is a vertically integrated utility providing reliable generation, transmission and distribution services in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan.

SESB is committed to developing the electricity infrastructure in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan including the implementation of the Rural Electrification Program.

SESB generates, transmits and distributes electricity. It is the only power utility company in Sabah supplying electricity distributed over a wide area of 74,000 sq.km. As of December 2014, a total of 533,243 of which 83% (442,516) of the customers are domestic customers contributing only 33.2% of the sale in kWh. The SESB installed capacity (excluding IPP) of the Sabah Grid which supplies electricity for major towns from Federal Territory Labuan to Tawau is 448.7 MW and the maximum demand is 830 MW (as of December 2012).
