Positions:

1. EXECUTIVE (CAPEX PLANNING)

Tasks:

1. Assist the Superior in overseeing the annual project cash-flow for CAPEX works and the 6-month funding requirement for the Company;
2. Prepare, update, and review project development cost projections;
3. Prepare, update, and review monthly project progress reports and collaborate with Consultants/ Contractors and the Implementing Agent for submission to Management, SPAN, and Stakeholders.;
4. Assist the Superior in reviewing project estimation costs submitted by the Water Operator for the PEC Meeting;
5. Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in the SAP System, including project numbers, allocations, project classifications, etc.;
6. Assist the Superior in monitoring Divisional/ Departmental KPls;
7. Assist the Superior in developing Standard Operating Procedures/ Guidelines approved by management;
8. Attend client coordination meetings and project site meetings as requested by the Superior and;
9. Perform other job-related tasks as instructed by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor is required;
2. A minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in design in the construction industry is necessary;
3. Proficiency in the use of project planning software and the MS Office suite, including Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, is essential;
4. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required;
5. Excellent report writing, presentation, and public speaking skills are essential;
6. The candidate should possess good leadership attributes and be energetic;
7. Being self-motivated, analytical, resourceful, and having strong integrity are important qualities; and
8. A good working attitude and willingness to travel are expected.
