Position:

1. RECEPTIONIST

Job Purpose:

Responsible to attend to MISC guests and visitors in a professional manner yet friendly, courteous, polite, tactful and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the expected level of service.

Prepare event/function signage for easy reference.

Take note on daily events/functions/meetings held from the online room booking system.

Lock all Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms after event/function/meeting to ensure the safety of all equipment.

Attend to internal or external calls timely and with polite and courteous voice.

2. NON - EXECUTIVE, INVOICE PROCESSING (CONTRACT)

Job Purpose:

Process vendor invoices and claims and responsible in performing accounting related tasks within Finance Shared Services activities in accordance with Company’s policies, standard and procedures.
