Positions:

1. PHARMACIST

Responsibilities:

Provide efficient pharmacy services in the Outpatient, Inpatient, Clinical & Training, and Pharmaceutical & Sterile Preparation Units.

Major duties involve supply of medications to outpatients, inpatients and patient care areas.

Provide pharmaceutical care in Medication Reconciliation areas, INR Clinic and Multidisciplinary Clinic/s.

Provide inpatient counselling with accurate medication information and advice to ensure optimum patient outcomes.

Participate in educational and training activities for professional development.

Participate in all departmental & organizational-wide quality improvement activities.

Perform inventory control & monitoring.

Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
