Positions:

1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BOD SECRETARIAL SERVICES

Job Description:

1. Ensure that a central repository of Board and Board Committee meetings’ reports, documents, minutes, and decisions of meetings are being maintained and managed for future reference.
2. Execution of the appointment/reappointment of Directors as prescribed by laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
3. Execution of payment of fixed and meeting allowances for Board and Board Committee meetings, Claims, and Facilities of Board Members.
4. Handling inquiries, liaison, and managing correspondence from the internal and external stakeholders.
5. Advisory services, i.e. assist requests on documents and information in relation to Board and Board-Committee’s decision.
6. Attend to the Board members’ requests/queries within a reasonable turnaround time in a concise and precise manner; and
7. Carry out other secretarial functions as and when required by the Bank Secretary.

2. BANK RAKYAT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (IB)

Job Description:

Bank Rakyat Management Trainee Program (IB) is a two-year management trainee programme aimed at developing Future Leaders in Bank Rakyat. It is specially designed to provide you with a strategic platform to jump-start your career in the Shariah-Compliance banking industry.

Over the course of 24 months on-the-job training, you will undergo a structured development plan – comprising of job rotations across key business and functional units, mentoring from senior management leaders and accelerated career development focusing on Shariah-Compliant, Leadership and Innovation. There will also be exposures to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assignments.

Simultaneously, during this two-year management trainee programme, Bank Rakyat will sponsor you to undertake a professional certification course and examination conducted by the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF) – passing of which, is a prerequisite for your assured and continuous employment with the Bank.

Pre-Requisite:

1. Malaysian
2. Possess Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree and/or ACCA or equivalent from a reputable university / institution.
3. Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
4. Not more than 28 years old on 1 January 2024.
5. Possess not more than 2 years of working experience.
6. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Enthusiastic to learn new things and ready to embrace challenges.
