Job Description:

Collaborating closely with the Group CEO to drive business and data analytics, your role will encompass various facets:

1. Business Operations Enhancement: Spearheading initiatives to optimize daily business operations by strategically assessing and streamlining processes.
2. Strategic Business Partner: Partnering with the Group CEO to analyze and evaluate business opportunities across diverse sectors, contributing to corporate planning and strategic development.
3. Project Management Excellence: Proactively managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they progress seamlessly and align with preset timelines and budgetary parameters, ultimately delivering on predetermined objectives.
4. Information Synthesis: Compiling and synthesizing comprehensive documents, presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence for the Group CEO. This may necessitate extensive research and data gathering from various sources.
5. Progress Tracking: Coordinating and monitoring the advancement of strategic projects and programs, while consistently ensuring that they meet predefined deadlines and budgetary constraints to fulfill agreed-upon goals.
6. Meeting Facilitation: Participating in both internal and external meetings with the Group CEO or adeptly representing them when required. In this capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining confidential notes and summarizing key meeting outcomes for the CEO's review.
7. Administrative and Financial Stewardship: Overseeing administrative and financial administrative tasks for the CEO, ensuring efficient management and organization of key responsibilities.
8. Special Project Management: Leading and executing special projects assigned by the Group CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a results-oriented approach.
9. This role provides invaluable exposure to the company's strategic ventures, negotiations, and business plans, making it ideal for individuals with a strategic mindset and expertise in corporate planning and business development across various industries.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Accounting / Finance / Auditor professional qualification or related discipline.
2. Extremely professional, mature, high integrity, resilient, meticulous, dynamic, and flexible.
3. Able to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
