Position:

1. TECHNOLOGY QUALITY LEADER - CLOUD PLATFORM

Job Description:

1. 8-10 years of experience as a quality assurance lead, establishing and implementing quality management framework, controls and testing quality
2. 5 years of experience as a test lead establishing and executing tests, strategies, management, and plan.
3. Experience with quality assurance and management processes in end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, code, build, integration, test, deployment, and operations.
4. Familiar with quality metrics such as UX Metrics, User Satisfaction score / NPS, Technical debt, Architecture conformance/exception, Architecture review detected/close cycles, Security Vulnerability issues, Code Quality percent score, Defect density, Defect detected / closed, Time from committing to deploy, Change fail rate, Mean time to resolution / recover, and Incident automation.
5. Experience in implementing quality management in an Agile delivery environment.
6. Experience in implementing IT quality, security and compliance.
7. Familiar with development in the DSO (DevSecOps) environment.

2. STATUTORY & TAX ACCOUNTANT

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Economics, Commerce, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management (a Major in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage)
2. Excellent academic achievement with an equivalent First Class Honours degree or a strong Second Class Upper Honours (Minimum CGPA 3.0)
3. Strong people and communication skills
4. Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge
5. Have proficient IT skills to perform the job required
6. A motivated and results-driven individual with initiative
