Positions:

1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

Job Description:

1. Support CCD Department in designing video content for AKPK.
2. Support Digital and Traditional sections on video, animation and design material to improve outreach and sentiments.
3. Plan and execute AKPK's video content and animation for branding and marketing purposes.
4. Maintain and prepare digital media advertisement for AKPK.
5. Commited photographer & videographer for any corporate event to capture image & video for digital content work.
6. Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc.)
7. Maintain AKPK archive gallery photo images and maintain a database.
8. Participate in the department for on ground activities i.e. exhibitions.
9. Prepare an annual video communication plan for HOD to present to Senior Management.
10. Develop creative idea and concepts independently and execute engaging concepts for AKPK advertising campaigns and promotions.
11. Ensure video design material for digital media are relevant with up-to-date design concepts for a better outlook and easier comprehension.
12. Ensure all video material across AKPK are consistent and in line with AKPK’s Corporate Identity (CI).
13. Support HOD in updating/upgrading manual policies and procedures on creative video message on a yearly basis.
14. Plan, design, and execute visual/video material for the digital section to improve outreach and sentiments.
15. Plan and curate video advertisements, i.e. motion graphic, animation and capsule for digital media to increase engagement.
16. A good eye for design, layout and detail.
17. Develop and manage AKPK’s image/video bank.
18. Update image/video on AKPK’s social media and website.
19. Participate in the department for on ground activities i.e. exhibitions and major events.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must be proficient in creative and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suites i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro or any related editing software.
4. Must have knowledge and skill in operating any DSLR camera.
5. Must have effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
6. Must adhere to high standards, take pride in quality of work with great attention to detail and a good sense of humour.
7. Must be confident and possess good public relations skill to foster greater ties with the media and stakeholders at large.
8. Must be able to work with others in a collaborative and solution-focused manner to achieve a win-win outcome.
9. Must be computer literate and have knowledge/interest to keep up with the current trends of social media and the digital space.
10. Good credit report.
