Jawatan Kosong 2023 di Universiti Tun Abdul Razak Sdn. Bhd. | Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dan berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan ditawarkan untuk memohon jawatan kosong terkini di Universiti Tun Abdul Razak Sdn. Bhd.

Position:

1. PEGAWAI PENILAI (REKAAN GRAFIK)

Responsibilities:

1. Designing the training procedures and the assessments with“Pegawai Pengesahan Dalaman”

2. Provide explanation to the trainers of the objectives and requirements on the training and skill assessmet based on National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS).

3. Implementing the training and assessment processes with reliability, transparency and validity.

4. Guiding the trainers in preparing records of skill evidence.

5. Processing the registration and certification requirements through the established system.

6. Serve as point of contact with internal or external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness and diplomacy in all communications.

7. Collaborate with other Departments to support and contribute to various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.

8. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality in all aspects of work.

The list, however, is not meant to be exhaustive as the University may review the scope from time to time in order to ensure the administrative tasks and welfare of the staff would be conducted in the most efficient manner.

Other Duties:

To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by Head of Department or designated representative on behalf of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

2. PEGAWAI PENGESAH DALAMAN (REKAAN GRAFIK)

Responsibilities:

1. Managing, monitoring and supervising the implementation of skills training within the division referring to the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS) Register.

2. Formulating procedures and documentation for the implementation of the skills training at the “Pusat Bertauliah”.

3. Controlling and monitoring the quality assurance system of the internal training and assessment according to NOSS requirements.

4. Ensuring assessments are conducted uniformly and in the best manner according to NOSS requirements and any regulations set by “Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran”.

5. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department as and when required

6. Serve as point of contact with internal or external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness and diplomacy in all communications.

7. Collaborate with other Departments to support and contribute to various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.

8. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
