• Conceptualization and Design: To work and come up with new product or technology ideas. To apply technical skills and creativity to create innovative solutions that meet market needs.
• Prototyping and Testing: To design experiments, conduct tests, and analyze data.
• Problem Solving: To identify and solve problems with design, manufacturing, materials, or performance to make sure the product is successful.
• Collaboration and Communication: To work with different people, like product managers and manufacturing teams, to share findings, and explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
• Continuous Improvement: To explore and work to improve processes better. To look at market trends and use new technologies to suggest improvements.
• Intellectual Property: To create intellectual property for the company.

Requirement:

Education/Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's degree Chemical Engineering technology (Hons.) in process.

Professional Experience

• 2 years in experience in research and development. Preferably in related industry.
