Position:

1. DRIVER

Job Description:

Must stay in Putrajaya, Bandar Baru Bangi and Kajang

Height : Minimum 1.7m

Non Smoking person.

As driver to a Director and family

Transporting Director and family to and from for daily work to office/resident and other destinations in a safe and timely manner.

Ensure that cars are well maintained and meet all safety requirements on a daily basis.

Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.

Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside daily.

Report, maintain and perform minor repairs on the vehicle.

Abide to road signs, speed limits and vehicle policies when using the company vehicles.

Ensure safety regulations are observed. Conscious of safe driving rules and regulations.

Practice punctuality and alertness

Picking up and delivering items from office as and when required.

Running errands for the Director and family and other ad-hoc duties when required.

To perform such other duties as may be required by Director and family and assigned Superior.

Handle Director’s personal home maintenance & repairs and other technical matters.

2. HEAD OF CORPORATE STRATEGY

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Head the Corporate Strategy Unit, reporting to the President, Industrial Business
• Prepare and implement corporate strategies, business plans, implementation plans and budgets in accordance with the Company’s business objective.
• Prepare reports and updates for Management, Board of Directors and Shareholders to keep them informed of the Group activities
• Identify, evaluate and develop commercial proposals and feasibility studies to assess business opportunities, risks, and resource requirements.
• Initiates and maintains relationships with the project stakeholders such as the government agencies, authorities, investment partners, customers, contractors, lenders, etc.
• Prepare market research and analysis on the associated industries including political and economic outlook for various countries and regions, with awareness on economy, finance, law and regulations, and risk management.
• Analyzes and evaluates trends and development within the relevant industries including technology innovations, market reforms, regulatory drivers, and customer and competitor profiling.
• Interacts closely with Senior Management and other departments of the company as necessary to communicate and provide awareness of business plans and issues.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree, preferably with Masters
• A combined educational background in Engineering and Finance/Business will be an advantage
• At least 7 years relevant experience in the business planning and/or corporate strategy
• Prior operational experience in merger and acquisition will be an added advantage
• Proven analytical skills with hands-on due diligence experience  
• A team player, with ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical issues.
• Understanding of corporate finance, economic indicators, and contractual agreements
• Results-driven with proven track record in corporate strategy, business development and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial structure of the private sector with the ability to link strategic imperatives with commercial opportunity
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and inspire confidence at Senior Management level
