Maklumat & Syarat Permohonan:

• Warganegara Malaysia
• Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Psikologi atau Pentadbiran atau lain-lain bidang berkaitan dari institusi pengajian tinggi yang diiktiraf;
• Lulus dengan Kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu (termasuk Ujian Lisan) di peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau setaraf;
• Mempunyai pengalaman kerja berkaitan sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) tahun.

Bidang Tugas:

• Provide guidance &support to Head of Departments (HOD) to conduct Employee Assistance Programs(EAP) for employees with issues affecting the work performance which is inclusive but not limited to issues concerning work relationship between co-workers & supervisors, health issues, financial management, trauma intervention, disciplinary action issues.
• Assisting HOD to conduct Career Orientation & Review for technical executive at grade E13 to gauge job fit & career advancement prospect based on Dual Path framework.
• Encourage HODs to actively involved in consultation & information session for supervisors & managers who are having issues in managing staff performance.
• Assisting HODs on data analysis and report writing on preventive program planning.
• Assisting HODs to conduct performance preventive & improvement plans under the Under-performed Consequences Program.
• Assisting HODs on management framework which includes the identification of barriers towards achievement of desired performance result and developing a performance work plan that consist of goals, objectives, activities and desired outcomes.
• Assisting HODs on participating and conducting courses, workshops, information sharing sessions and dialogue with managers and supervisors to improve communication and problem-solving abilities on areas concerning industrial and organizational psychology.
• Conduct wellness programs.

Latar Belakang

Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. is an 80% owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and 20% by the State Government of Sabah. It is a vertically integrated utility providing reliable generation, transmission and distribution services in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan.

SESB is committed to developing the electricity infrastructure in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory Labuan including the implementation of the Rural Electrification Program.

SESB generates, transmits and distributes electricity. It is the only power utility company in Sabah supplying electricity distributed over a wide area of 74,000 sq.km. As of December 2014, a total of 533,243 of which 83% (442,516) of the customers are domestic customers contributing only 33.2% of the sale in kWh. The SESB installed capacity (excluding IPP) of the Sabah Grid which supplies electricity for major towns from Federal Territory Labuan to Tawau is 448.7 MW and the maximum demand is 830 MW (as of December 2012).
