Positions:

1. BOILERMAN GRED 2

Responsibilities:

• To maintain, operate the boilers and ensure they are running in good conditions.
• To have a comprehensive record keeping of all maintenance activities and important data in the Boiler Log Book.
• To make necessary preparations and follow-up with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.
• To operate boiler and ensure safety operating procedure are compliant of OSH/JKKP.
• To ensure boiler operations in safe condition which compliant to Factory and Machinery Act 1967.
• To prepare maintenance schedule and report once after every work done.
• To assist in other maintenance duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant Certificate.
• Must possess Boilerman Grade 2 certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar position.
• Able to perform shift work and willing to work at ad-hoc basis.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and good teamwork.

2. QC cum HALAL EXECUTIVE**

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall system management in the company including Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System;
• In charge to Halal matter and liaise with JAKIM/ JAIS officer for audit matter.
• Liaise with certification body for compliance/ surveillance audit on GMP, HACCP and Halal system.
• Assist in rules and regulations enforcement
• Manage and improve the effectiveness of food safety system and the compliance with FSMS and HACCP standard
• Assist in updating QC Manual and in quality and safety related training
• Ensure equipment and machinery are well maintained and calibrated
• Check and verify packaging artwork and product labelling

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Holder/professional Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years and above working experiences in the related field.
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP and Halal will be added advantage.
• Able to handle audit & documentation.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
