Positions:

1. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities and Authorities:
  • Daily checking of packaging materials delivery orders.
  • To ensure the packaging materials orders are deliver according to scheduled.
  • To support and communicate with suppliers for urgent orders.
  • To solve problems with factory staff regarding urgent orders.
  • To conduct price negotiations with suppliers for all materials and new orders.
  • To monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Support in ensuring purchasing data system updates (unit price, vendor informations and etc).
  • Support in maintaining records and proper filing.
  • To participate in material management and planning for critical materials.
  • To ensure that approved procedures are implemented and maintained.
  • To ensure purchase of material are comply to Halal requirement.
  • To consistently strive for knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • To perform special functions related to purchasing matters.
  • To equip with sufficient safety and environment knowledge and awareness.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Industrial & Employee Relation:
  • Responsible in all staff disciplinary matters and Industrial Relations matters including grievances handling, domestic inquiries and disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Responsible in developing and managing communication plan and awareness program to educate employees on the matters related to disciplinary management and grievances.
  • Responsible in developing and managing communication plan and awareness program with all employees in order to keep them up-to-date with Company Business and Direction.
  • Responsible for handling Employee Dialog by schedule basis.
  • Responsible as window-person between Management and Internal Worksite Committee (UNION) as well as external parties Food Industry Employees Union to maintain harmonious relationship.
  • Responsible to build good relationship with authorities bodies ie JTK, JPP and MOHR and etc. 
Training & Development:
  • Set up, implement and review appropriate system and methods for Training Need Analysis.
  • Time to time meeting and discussion with department managers to develop, implement and recommend effective induction programmes, performance improvement and material to meet the company culture and business need. 
  • Prepare the Master Training Plan. Prepare and propose Training Policy and update from time to time where appropriate.
  • Create and produce training-related module and facilities as required.
  • Organise, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required.
  • Monitor training records to ensure comprehensive record and up-to-date. 
  • Study and make proposal in the area of responsibility to improve efficiency and effective.
  • Supervise in the HRDF Grant and Training Application for reimbursement.
