Position:

1. GROUP RISK MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports to Group Chief Corporate Assurance Officer (GCCAO) on risks while ensuring the enterprise risk management processes are in place and functioning effectively.
• Assist in determining the approach to risk governance, instill the right culture and ensure key risks are identified. Monitor exposure and ensuring action plans are in place to mitigate risks. Provide oversight/review of systems and internal controls.
• Assist in implement and monitoring risk management and its control systems and also to ensure effective risk processes and procedures. Identify and manage the business risks in accordance with policies/directions and to ensure quality, adequacy, and timeliness of information to the Group GCCAO.
• Identify, assess and respond to risk day-to-day activities.
• Assist in functions and responsibilities of risk management and develop and sustain risk culture and behavior's within the Group.
• Facilitate risk management process via formulation of risk system and tools, and gain assurance from effective operations and continuous improvement.
• Assist in ensuring the risk consolidated reporting for the Group is carried out within the timeline required.

Requirement:

• A Professional Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce, Compliance and Risk Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Risk Management.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written).
• Able to work with the Corporate Heads and support teams within the Group.
• Strong/excellent drafting, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, detail-oriented and meticulous, results-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines and frequent changes.
• Able to work independently
