Jawatan:

1. MANAGER - INTEGRATED FACILITY MANAGEMENT (IFM)

Requirement:

• Above 5 years of experience in building management, have supplier management or project management capabilities, and be able to use all available resources to drive continuous improvement of the operation level, including cost optimization, experience improvement, and risk control.
• Business acumen and equipped with knowledge of basic accounting and finance principle
• Creative and business planning, have strong customer insight requirement management, provide customers with comprehensive administrative solutions, and improve employee satisfaction, data analysis, and supplier management capabilities.
• Strong leadership, people and communication skills
• Professional certification in relevant field will be a plus

Job Responsibility:

• IFM business strategies, execute, and participate in develop IFM supplier performance development, policy, contract terms etc
• Compliance of external administrative operations: Adapt to Malaysian laws and regulations and company policies to ensure compliance of office premises and people management
• Manage office facilities and equipment and improve services. Develop and monitor the FM service budget
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment. To manage the maintenance operation in ensuring the continuous monitoring of the condition of equipment by anticipating maintenance need in advance, executing small repair jobs before major failures
• Plans, oversee and direct supervisory activities including subordinates
• EHS management, including operation management of the power supply system, HVAC, fire extinguishing, and access system, repair and maintenance management throughout the lifecycle, and supplier management and evaluation.
• To take full ownership for the management and execution of the reactive tickets (Hard & soft services) issued for each office. To ensure the reactive tickets are managed with the allocated levels of urgency.
• Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Laporan Kerja Siap (LKS) to ensure proper procedure is followed
• Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly maintenance report and daily functionality report to client
• To ensure proper implementation of effective maintenance service by organizing and coordinating the execution of such activities.
• To ensure high performance standard (example: Platinum Building) is maintained by planning work schedule
• To coordinate maintenance personnel including flexibility on works which may required to meet change in schedule, irregular work assignment and to ensure maximum effectiveness utilization of manpower by planning staff training

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (at least) in related fields, ideally in Facility Management, Engineering or a similarly management or engineering or facility management-minded field.
• Registered with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BoVEAP) or relevant

2. SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SABAH)

Requirement:

• Malaysian Citizenship
• Willing to relocate around Sabah
• Ability to use computer applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
• Certified Safety Site Supervisor (SSS) by DOSH (Yellow Book Holder)
• Excellent in communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality, able to work independently & have attitude to immediately stop an activity/process in case of imminent risk of accident (environmental or personal)

Job Responsibility:

• Field inspections performing Safety inspections to verify and report the compliance with laws and regulations (internal and external), or any other deviation regarding safety and environmental standards
• Technical support at site on contractor, to correct any deviation or risks within the contractors works inside the workplace
• Technical support to other personnel, to correct any deviation or risks within the workplace personnel works, regarding health, safety and environment.
• Technical support for risk assessment tools like work permit, job safety analysis, HIRARC and others.
• Participate in Site audits, inspection (internal and external) and routine surveys including the developing and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in results of audit activities
• Monitor and report periodically (to be defined) the results of these audits and inspections as standard to be established by site.
• To report to HSE team's focal person on all findings, non-compliance, violations of established rules, and regulations
• To strictly comply to all the established rules, regulation as we are the caretaker of these requirements
• Other necessary support regarding safety on field.

Academic Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent from recognized University by the government
