Positions:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and scale lead generation and conversion strategies via digital marketing plans and to increase brand awareness and engagement across social media and digital platforms, content marketing, advertising and activation via digital strategies aligning with brand campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to ad campaigns, launches, online advertising, tasks and projects to ensure contents are consistent and complements across various platforms online and offline.
• Responsible to manage, maintain and curate contents according to brand guidelines.
• Able to drive leads to support overall Marketing and E-comm channels via various effective, interesting and creative digital campaigns to drive sales and consumer engagements.   
• Track campaign effectiveness and compile reports – analyse conversions, trends and results and make recommendations to launch or further strengthen programs.
• Work with celebrities, Key Opinion Leaders / bloggers, sponsored athletes and online media to build an active brand ambassador network, as well as to improve media relations and gain coverage.
• Attend to customer enquiries, comments and complaints across the multiple digital and social media platforms.
• Knowledge in digital marketing, SEM and SEO is an added advantage.
• Support Marketing team in general on any tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing , Mass Communication, Digital Advertising or equivalent .
• Minimum 2 years and above of working experience in Social Media Marketing & familiar with Social Media advertising.
• Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented.
• Have interest or basic photography is an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to travel overseas or outstation.

2. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EQUITIES

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolios to meet the mandates objectives
• Manage the stakeholders’ objectives.
• Ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements like Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia
• Ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare investment reports and presentation slides
• Prepare portfolio models

Requisites:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, banking, Business Studies or equivalent
• Preferably those who have passed the Securities Commission Modules 9/10 papers
• Possess strong management background, ability to work both tactically and strategically
• Superb business judgement and ability to think through complex business issues
• Posses good communications and inter-personal skills
• Able to work in a high-pressure work environment and meet tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and manage work according to priority
