Positions:

1. IT TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

Education: SPM or Diploma in related field or certificate level

Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience or fresh graduate are encourage

Base : johor

1. Knowledgeable in Computers and Electronics – Updated knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

2. Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

3. Problem Sensitivity -- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong so that preventive measures could be taken.

4. Troubleshooting -- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

5. Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

6. Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the most appropriate one.

7. Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching/stooping/squatting, crawling, twisting upper body, climbing, and lifting an average of 15 kg.; ability to travel to different sites; available for 24 hour on call.

8. Experience or Knowledgeable with designing and maintaining flexible and scalable overall architecture of IT systems and facilities, including the following:

a. Desktop/Workstation, Server & Storage technology and operating systems (HP Servers and Microsoft Desktop/Server OS)

b. Application (FIDS, FBIDS, Statistics, eHRM, Portfolio, MS Nav 2009 R2, SITA and other related with Airports & Airlines Requirements & Technologies.

c. Database systems (MS-SQL 2005/2008 R2)

d. Business continuity processes (High Availability Structure/Clustering/Disaster Recovery)

e. Network technology (LAN/WAN, Firewall, Switching, Routing, TCP/IP, WIFI, VLAN, PORT Management, Internet Policy, SSL, VPN and etc.)

f. IT Security (DDOS, Threats, Vulnerabilities, Anti-virus, Patches, Mobile Security, Email Security, Application Control and etc.)

g. CCNA Security is advantaged.

h. CCTV & Door Access.

i. Other software development skill useful to fulfill the required job description.

9. Programming skill is advantage,
