Jawatan:

1. LEGAL EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT)

Butiran:

Gaji Pokok : RM3,200.00

Other Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizens
• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
• CGPA 3.00 and above
• All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Engineering Accreditation Council / Engineering Technology Accreditation Council
• SPM/ SPMV with credits in Bahasa Malaysia / Melayu, English and Mathematics.
• 28 years old and below.
• Willing to be relocated at any TNB business units.
• Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
• For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

2. BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) MANAGER

Butiran:

Gaji Pokok : RM3,200.00

Mission (Sources of Values):

Oversee the planning, coordination and production of Building Information Models (BIM) by the Unit, support the project from conceptual, estimate, tender to construction stage. Assist in the upskilling of the whole Unit, Department and later TNB in the use of BIM. Review the BIM submission by Consultants & Contractors and ensure it meets the quality standard expected by TNB, and ability to be adopted by the Department.

Accountability & Responsibility:

- Lead & manage the training of BIM among all relevant Unit staff, until 100% adoption of REVIT in production of drawings throughout project lifecycle, including one to one coaching / tutoring, supported by accredited certification trainings.

- Complete and manage the standard library of BIM.

- Review & approve the submission of BIM by external consultants & contractors, to ensure the quality complies to TNB's BIM standards.

- Review & update TNB's BIM standards periodically.

- Support Unit's initiatives relevant to BIM, quality, safety & sustainability.

- Manage & supervise the production of BIM models & drawings at various project stages & Level of Development (LOD), including preparing own BIM models & visualization as & when required.

- Prepare rendering (via Vray, Lumion or other approved visualization software) as needed.

Education and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or related field.
• With sound knowledge of construction (able to produce technical details).
• Competent in BIM software (REVIT / Naviswork, etc.)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in BIM in construction industry.
